About Marshall Leipprandt

Marshall is a dedicated real estate advisor, investor, and Air Force Veteran. Marshall grew up in the Midwest but departed rural Michigan for Colorado where he attended the United States Air Force Academy. Upon graduating from the Academy with a BS in Management, Marshall Commissioned as a Financial Management Officer in the Air Force. Marshall served a deployment to the Middle East and two state-side assignments where he managed over $1B of critical Air Force and Space Force program budgets. The Air Force equipped Marshall with strong skills in finance, contracting, and management as well as a keen attention to detail. Marshall separated from the Air Force at the rank of Captain.

Marshall first obtained his real estate license in California serving the South Bay area of Los Angeles, but upon moving to Northwest Florida, Marshall began managing and investing in luxury rental properties. Marshall’s easygoing yet savvy business sense, real estate finance skills, and local owner/investor knowledge make him a trusted real estate advisor to clients searching for performing investment properties.

In Marshall’s spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Christy, and spending time at the beach or on the golf course. He is also passionate about finance and economics topics and enjoys reading or listening to books and podcasts discussing real estate investing, stocks, and cryptocurrency.
