With the expertise of our Architect, Civil Engineer, and Design Team, we created a 6,720 SF 6-Bedroom/6.5-Bathroom Coastal Modern “Spec Home” with Pool and Boat Dock. RCL Development-Emerald Coast, General Contractor is our Construction Company and it is expected to be completed by August 2023.
