Mary Ruth is the Founder and Co-Owner of Coastal Rentals and Property Management, bringing over 24 years of management experience and a deeply hands-on understanding of vacation rental operations.

She founded Coastal Rentals after recognizing a consistent gap in the industry: many companies focused heavily on bookings while overlooking the operational and maintenance strategies necessary to truly maximize a property’s performance and long-term value.

With an educational background in medicine and business administration, Mary Ruth brings a unique analytical and systems-driven approach to property management. She is known for her ability to evaluate property performance, identify opportunities for revenue growth, and implement strategies that elevate both guest experience and owner returns.

Her leadership has shaped Coastal Rentals into a boutique, performance-focused company built on transparency, accountability, and exceptional care.

As a mother of two, Mary Ruth built Coastal Rentals not only as a business, but as a long-term vision centered on family, community, and meaningful relationships with both owners and guests.

Ashley is Co-Owner of Coastal Rentals and Property Management and plays a vital role in the company’s daily operations and organizational management.

With over 6 years of management experience and a professional background in medical billing and coding, Ashley brings exceptional attention to detail, strong financial organization, and operational precision to the company.

Her ability to manage complex operational logistics while maintaining the highest standards of property care ensures that each home under Coastal Rentals’ management is maintained with consistency and professionalism.

Ashley is deeply committed to providing owners with peace of mind, knowing their property is being cared for as if it were her own.

Her dedication to family, integrity, and excellence is reflected in every aspect of her work and in the culture of Coastal Rentals as a whole.
